In order to get a free ride from the airport, you must show a proof of admission, a proof of registration or an invitation letter from Université Laval.

Please note that passagers must be able to carry their own luggage as no assistance will be provided by our staff. Unfortunately, the shuttle bus cannot accomodate students with limited mobility and we request that you find an alternative mode of transportation to get to the campus.

How to find us: go to the Domestic Arrivals public area (where flights arrive Canadian cities, such as Montreal, Toronto, etc.) and wait for us in front of the airport information booth A and B. A member of our staff, wearing Université Laval’s colors, will come and get you few minutes before the planned departure time. If you land from an international flight, in the international arrival area, you will have to go around the improvement work being done on the airport to reach us. Follow the signs for Taxi, as we are located near the pick up site. Departure times may vary due to unexpected circumstances, such as traffic and / or weather conditions. We may arrive late, but we will never leave before the scheduled time.
