Services des résidences (Residence Office) has 2,300 rooms divided between four residences, three of which are co-ed (men and women are on separate floors). Rooms are reserved for full-time students.

You can rent a microwave oven, refrigerator or television onsite. The rooms are connected to the university’s free wireless Internet. The residences are connected to most campus buildings via the underground tunnel system, and are less than a 15-minute walk from three large shopping centres.

Places in residence are limited, so we strongly recommend that you reserve your room as soon as your immigration documents have been approved. You may be placed on a waiting list. If you arrive in Québec City without having secured your room in the residences, you will need to arrange temporary or off-campus housing.
